Selling a Business

We do not solicit listings. We accumulate buyers and we carefully interview them to determine their financial capabilities, past activities, education and passion(s).

Once the above selection process is accomplished, we seek companies/opportunities that correspond to the profile of the buyer(s) and determine if they are interested in selling. If they are, we review financial and operational information and issue a “Letter of Opinion of Value”. This serves to properly set expectations. If we believe that it is not in your best interest to sell, we will tell you.
