Buying a Business


At the bottom of this page, you will see a button which will connect you to the list of businesses for sale currently available in our inventory. If you don't see something that interests you, call us. There generally won’t be many because of our methodology (we're picky). If you inquire of us about making an acquisition, we will provide you a confidentiality agreement and then we will ask you a number of questions about your finances, vision and background.

Once we have determined within a broad range an idea of what you are seeking, we will begin to identify companies that appear to fit your criteria. When we bring you a potential acquisition, we will require a confidentiality agreement from you and we will indentify our client. You will have a reasonable amount of time to review the information we provide you and issue a non-binding Letter of Intent, agreeable to you and the seller, without anyone else looking at the business.
